Texas has the nation’s highest rate of people without health insurance. But this figure could skyrocket when the financial subsidies for low-income Americans offered under the Affordable Care Act disappear, disproportionately affecting Latino families. This is of great concern to doctors, analysts, and workers, as Mariana Pineda reports from Houston.
