Why did Virginia Voters Approve a New Redistricting Map?

Thanks to an increase in minority votes, Virginia Democrats have redrawn four congressional districts in their favor. In doing so, they responded to the battle to maintain control of Congress that President Trump initiated in Texas last year. Although the outcome awaits a court ruling, experts believe it is another wake-up call for Republicans ahead of the November elections. José López Zamorano reports from Washington, D.C.
