One week after the demonstrations erupted in Los Angeles against ICE operations targeting migrant workers, tens of thousands of protesters are expected to take to the streets in hundreds of cities to say no to the raids, to the proposed budget cuts by the Executive, and the authoritarianism threatening democracy. How many took to the streets and where? What were the demands? How did law enforcement respond? What’s expected from these mobilizations? How are community defense networks responding?
