Jose Garcia is an 18 year old teenager and lives in the City of Salinas. Jose dropped out of high school to work in the agricultural sector, but shortly after realized he had little opportunity to succeed. The Office of Migrant Education Program offered him the opportunity to be part of “Abriendo Caminos”. This program will help him earn his GED. He plans to attend this program in the State of Idaho and later will attend college of his choice. |
