PROGRAM # 6599   12:00 PM PT

MEXICO EDITION. The lack of hydrolic infrastructure in Mexico and poor urban and industrial planning has caused over-exploitation of water wells and harshened the drought in six states of the country. Recycling programs would also be needed in many cities, because the problem could expand to other places in the country. Martha Elena Ramírez hosts Voz Pública from Mexico City.

Guests: José Luis Domínguez Osorio, El Álamo, Veracruz; Javier Domínguez, Jilotepec, Estado de México; Dr. Jesús Adolfo Román Calleros, professor/investigator at Instituto de Ciencias Agrícolas de la Universidad Autónoma de Baja California.
