This bilingual programs airs a unique blend of music from traditional accordion virtuosos Santiago Jiménez, Gilberto Perez and Tony de la Rosa, with Chicano groups like Little Joe and Freddy Fender, as well as popular contemporary Texano interpreters, including Emilio, Bobby Pulido, and the late Selena. With the interconnection with affiliate station KCTM-FM in Rio Grande City, Texanos from California, Idaho and other states are able to communicate via toll free lines with their loved ones in their native valle and in Northern Nuevo León and Tamaulipas.
